Healing stream totem was buffed by 12% this week - find out if the build is viable! In my opinion, speccing out of Cloudburst Totem and into Living Stream Totem is viable in certain dungeons that don't require emergency group healing, or with lower damage profiles in general. These are: BRH AD DHT TOTT. Also potentially viable in raid. I also believe that this build is suitable for newer players or players doing less demanding dungeons, as it is one less thing to worry about. Set and forget!
